In recognition of your fundraising achievement you are eligible for great prizes! All walkers raising $100+ will receive a Walk MS t-shirt on the morning of the event. Prize forms are mailed out approximately 5 weeks after Walk MS (1 week after the fundraising deadline). To redeem prizes you will either go online, fax, or mail, your prize selection form to Summit Marketing.

Join the Good Will Club
By donating back the funds from your prize you join the Good Will Club and help the Northern California Chapter fund programs and services for the 20,000 individuals living with MS in our area.  Last year over 400 walkers joined the good will club, saving the chapter more than $60,000.

$800 - $1,299	Level 4	Brings together kids (8-13 years) who have a parent with MS for a day of fun and information through our "Time Out for Kids" program.
$1,300 - $2,499	Level 5	Pays for 10 people to receive seven sessions with a licensed therapist.
$2,500 - $4,999	Level 6	Allows 250 people in our outlying areas access to an expert on MS through our telephone workshop series.
$5,000 - $7,499	Level 7	Offers a dream weekend to 85 people with MS and family members on our white water rafting trip.
$7,500 - $9,999	Level 8	Provides Care Management for 15 people living with MS.
$10,000 - $12,499	Level 9	Funds exercise classes for 35 people with MS for one year.
$12,500 - $19,999	Level 10	Allows respite care for up to 40 families.
$20,000+	Level 11	Represents $1 for each person living in Northern California with multiple sclerosis.
