In recognition of your fundraising achievement you are eligible for great prizes! All walkers raising $100+ will receive a Walk MS t-shirt on the morning of the event. Walkers turning in $250+ are eligible for additional prizes after the event. Use the chart below to help you set your fundraising goal!

Prize forms are mailed out approximately 5 weeks after Walk MS (1 week after the fundraising deadline). To redeem prizes you will either go online, fax, or mail, your prize selection form to Summit Marketing.
Join the Good Will Club By donating back the funds from your prize you join the Good Will Club and help the Northern California Chapter fund programs and services for the 20,000 individuals living with MS in our area. Last year over 400 walkers joined the good will club, saving the chapter more than $60,000.
